AN ORDINANCE TO CLOSE THE KAWAIHAE-PUAKO SEWER SYSTEM FUND, A
SPECIAL FUND, TO THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT BOND FUND.
SECTION 1. Purpose. It is the purpose of this ordinance to
close the Kawaihae-Puako Sewer System Fund, a special fund, by
transferring the unexpended proceeds to the Public Improvement
Bond Fund. The Auditor's Report for the fiscal year ending June
30, 1985, recommended that the fund be closed and proceeds
transferred to the Public Improvement Bond Fund.
SECTION 2. The unencumbered proceeds of the Kawaihae-Puako
Sewer System Fund, a special fund, is hereby transferred to the
Kona Sewerage System project of the Public Improvement Bond Fund.
SECTION 3. Upon completion of the transfer of unencumbered
proceeds, the Kawaihae-Puako Sewer System Fund, a special fund,
shall be deemed closed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
