AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 86-64, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY
1, 1986 TO JUNE 30, 1987.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 86-64, Relating to Public Improvements
and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1986 to June 30,
1987, is hereby amended by adding the following project:
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
Kuakini Interceptor "B" - Federal $1,505,498.00

SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
Federal Grants Receivable
$1,505,498.00
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
