ORDINANCE NO. 86 116
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, OF THE HAWAII
COUNTY CODE 1983, RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS.
BE IT ORllAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 7,
section 24-289, schedule 37, of the Hawaii County Code is amended
by deleting item 3 as follows:
"[(3) Kinoole Street, makai side, the first two stalls south
of Ponahawai Street.]"
SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 7,
section 24-291, schedule 39, subsection (22), of the Hawaii County
Code is amended to read as follows:
"(22) Kinoole Street, makai side, the [eight] first ten
stalls [located in the area between points one hundred feet and
three hundred feet] south of Ponahawai Street."
SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New
material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the
brackets, bracketed material, and underscoring need not be
included.
SECTION 4. If any provision of this ordinance or the
application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid,
such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications
of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid
provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this
ordinance are declared to be severable.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
