BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII. SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, section 24-280, schedule 28 (No Parking at Anytime), subsection (c), South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code 1983, is amended to read as follows: "(106) Pauahi Street, [both sides,] Puna side, from Kilauea Avenue for a distance of two hundred twenty feet in the makai direction [from its intersection with Kilauea Avenue], from Aupun Street for a distance of two hundred feet in the mauka direction, an from Kamehameha Avenue for a Distance of two hundred fifty feet in the mauka direction [from its intersection with Kamehameha Avenue]." SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, section 24-280, schedule 28 (No Parking at Anytime), subsection (c), South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code 1983, is amended to read as follows: "(107) Pauahi Street, [Puna side, from Aupuni Street and extending two hundred feet in the mauka Direction] Hamakua side, from Kamehameha Avenue for a distance of two hundred fifty feet in the mauka direction, and from a point two hundred thirty feet makai of Aupuni Street to Kilauea Avenue." SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not be included. SECTION 4. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the invalidity doeG not affect otner provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this ordinance are severable. SECTION 5. This ordinance shall taKe effect upon its approval.
