AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 87-31 TO CORRECT THE TITLE TO
THE PUAKEA AND KAPAHU HOMESTEAD ROAD PROJECT.
8E IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Purpose. It is the purpose of this ordinance to
correct the title of the Puakea and Kapahu Homestead Road project,
as appropriated ih Ordinance 87-31, to reflect the Pohakea and
Kaapahu Homestead Road project, as originally intended.
SECTION 2. Ordinance 87-31 is hereby amended to correct the
project title as follows:
[Puakea) Pohakea and [Kapahu) Kaapahu Homestead Road
SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material
is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed
material, and underscoring need not be included.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
