AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, SECTION 24-280, OF
Z'HE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983, RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article'10, section 24-280,
schedule 28 (no parking at any time), subsection (d), Rona, of the
Hawaii County Code 1983, is amended by adding two new paragraphs
to be appropriately designated and to be read as follows:
"( ) Napoopoo Beach Road, on the makai side, beginning
at the Napoopoo Road intersection and extending to the northern
terminus.
( ) Napoopoo Beach Road, on the mauka side, beginning at
the Napoopoo Road intersection and extending three hundred thir
feet in the northerly direction."
SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New
material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the
underscoring need not be included.
SECTION 3. Severability. If any provision of this
ordinance, or the application thereof to any person or
circumstance, is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect
other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be
given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to
this ena ttie provisions of this ordinance are severable.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
