AN ORDINANCE AbYENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY
CODE 1983, RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF 7'HE COUNTY OF' HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5,
section 24-280(cj, schedule 28, of the Hawaii County Code 1983,
relating to no parking anytime, is amended by adding a new
paragraph to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows:
"( ). Kamehameha Avenue, both sides, beainn
point 738 feet east (Puna) of Pauahi Street to a point 738 feet
west (Hamakua) of Pauahi Street."
SECTION 2. New material is underscored. In printing this
ordinance, the underscoring need not be included.
SECTION 3. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance
or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held
invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or
applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without
the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the
provisions"of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
SECTION 4. 7'h is ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
