AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTEk 24, ARTICLE 10, OF THE HAWAII
COUNTY CODE 1983, RELATING TU TRAFFIC REGULATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, section 24-288,
schedule 36, of the Hawaii County Code 1983, relating to freight
loading zones, is amended by adding a new item to be appropriately
numbered and to read as follows:
"( ) Pahoa Road, makai side, beginning at a point
three-tenths of a mile Hilo side of the Kapoho-Kalapana junction
and extending twenty-six feet in the Hilo direction."
SECTION 2. If any provision of this ordinance or the
application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid,
such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications
of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid
provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this
