AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY
CODE 1983, kELAT'ING TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY GF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 2, section 24-267,
schedule 15, relating to one-way streets, is amended by adding a new
paragraph to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows:
"(_ ) Banyan Way. All vehicular traffic shall move only
from the Puna to Hamakua direction, from Kalanianaole Street to
Banyan Drive."
SECTION 2. New material is underscored. In printing this
ordinance, the underscoring need not be included.
SECTION 3. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance,
or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is help
invalia, such invaiiaity shall not affect other provisions or
applications of the crainance which can be given effect without the
invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of
this ordinance are severable.

Hilo, Hawaii

Effective Date: March 7, 1988
This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
