AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 87-59, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY
1, 1987 TO JUNE 30, 1988.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 87-59, Relating to Public Improvements
and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1987 to June 30,
1988, is hereby amended by adding the following project:
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS:
Kuakini Highway Interceptor Sewer, Part C $3,251,250.00
EPA Funds
(110-699-5697.11-115)
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
Federal Grants Receivable $3,251,250.00
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
