AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, OF THE HAWAII
COUNTY CODE 1983, RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS.
BE ZT ORDAINED BY THE CGUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, section 24-280,
subsection (c), relating to no parking zones, is amended by adding
the following items to be appropriately numbered and to read as
follows:
"( ) Ponahawai Street, both sides, beginning at Ululani
Street and extending seventy-five feet in the mauka direction.
( ) Ponahawai Street, Hamakua side, beginning at
Ululani Street and extending one hundred fifty feet in the makai
Direction.
( ) Ponahawai Street, Puna side, beginning at Ululani
Street and extending ninety feet in the makai direction."
SECTIUN 2. If any provision of this ordinance or the
application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid,
such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications
of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid
provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this
ordinance are declared to be severable.
