AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE STATE LAND USE BOUNDARIES MAP, H-13
FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION FROM THE AGRICULTURAL TO THE URBAN DISTRICT AT
KAAUHUHU, NORTH KOHALA, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP
KEY 5-5-02:39 (PORTION).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. The State Land Use Boundaries Map, H-13 for
the County of Hawaii, is amended to change the district
classification of property described hereinafter as follows:
The district classification of the following area
situated at Kaauhuhu, North Kohala, Hawaii, shall be Urban:
Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of this parcel of
land, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred
to Government Survey Triangulation Station "PUU 0 NALE"
being 11,799.30 feet North and 4,090.70 feet East and
running by azimuths measured clockwise from True South:
1. 270° 00' 145.37 feet along Grant 8287 to
Mary Pang and along the
remainder of Lot 7-C to a
point;
2. 358° 42' 598.82 feet along the remainder
of Lot 7-C, along Lot 7-B,
the remainder of the
existing Road Lot and
Lot 7-A to a point;
3. 92° 54' 136.39 feet along Lot 76-B to a
point;
4. 177° 48' 592.20 feet along the remainder
of Grant 8527 to Mary Pang
to the point of beginning
and containing an area
of 82,737 Square Feet.
All as shown on the map attached hereto, marked
Exhibit "A" and by reference made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. In the event that any portion of this
ordinance is declared invalid, such invalidity shall not affect
the other parts of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
