AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 88-81, RELATING TO PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1988
TO JUNE 30, 1989.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 88-81, Relating to Public Improvements
and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1988 to June 30,
1989, is hereby amended by adding the following projects:
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
Hilo Wastewater System - Planning $741,698

Hilo Wastewater System - Design & Construction $2,000,000
(110-699-5692.52-115)
Hilo Wastewater System - Construction $3,000,000
(110-699-5692.53-115)
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
State Funds Receivable $5,741,698
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
