ORDINANCE NO. 88 185
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE N0. 88-83, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING
BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING
JUNE 30, 1989.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 88-83, as amended, is hereby amended
by increasing revenues in the following amount:

SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 88-83, as amended, is hereby further
amended by establishing appropriations to the following fund(s) and
expenditures accounts:

SECTION 3. Funds for the appropriations as set forth in
Section 2 will be provided from increased revenues as established by
Section 1 of this ordinance and the transfer of funds from the
salaries and wages account as set forth in Account
No. 010-311-5311.70-011, UMTA Section 18 Grant.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
