AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 89-86, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 1989 TO JUNE 30, 1990.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 89-86, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1,
1989 to June 30, 1990, is hereby amended by adding following
project:
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC 410RKS:
Hilo Wastewater Treatment & Conveyance 9,023,600
Project, Phase I - EPA Funds _
SECTION 2. Funds far this project shall be provided from:
Federal Grants Receivable
$9,023 600
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
