AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 89-86, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 1989 TO JUNE 30, 1990.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 89-86, as amended, Relating to
Public Improvements and Financing Thereof For the Fiscal Year
July 1, 1989 to June 30, 1990 is hereby further amended by
appropriating funds to the Paauilo'-Ballpark Restroom Facilities
project and reducing the appropriation for the Kailua Playground
Construction project as follows:
Paauilo Ballpark Restroom Facilities $50,000
Kailua Playground Construction [$70,000] $20,000
SECTION 2. Funds for the Paauilo Ballpark Restroom Facilities
project shall be provided from the $50,000 reduction to the Kailua
Playground Construction project.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
