AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 89-86, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1,
1989 TO JUNE 30, 1990.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 89-86, as Amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1989 to
June 30, 1990, is hereby amended by redesignating the source of funds
from the sale of general obligation bonds to funds from the State
Revolving Fund (SRF) for the following project:
Hilo Wastewater Treatment & Conveyance

SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 89-86 is further amended by increasing
the appropriations for the following projects:
Hilo Sewer Treatment Plant $2,250,000

Old Kona Airport Sewer Line and Pumping Station 1,561,000

Hilo Wastewater Treatment & Conveyance - SRF 3,100,000

SECTION 3. Funds for the above-mentioned projects shall be
provided from the following sources:
General Obligation Bonds
State Revolving Funds (SRF)

SECTION 4. Ordinance No. 89-86 is further amended by adding the

SECTION 6. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
