AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 89-86, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1,
1989 TO JUNE 30, 1990.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CCUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Crdinance No. 89-86, Relating to Public Improvements
and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1989 to June 30,
1990, is hereby amended by increasing the appropriation for the
following project:
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
Kealakehe Wastewater Treatment Plant $5,420,801.00
EPA Funds
(110-699-5697.19-115)
SECTION 2. Funds fcr this project shall be provided from:
Federal Grants Receivable $5,420,801.00
SECTICN 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
