ORDINANCE NO. _ 90 135
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 90-75, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 1990 TO JUNE 30, 1991.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Purpose. It is the purpose of this ordinance to
provide funds for the Hawaiian Ocean View Estates Ballpark Project
by redirecting $10,000 initially designated to the Naalehu Community
Center Improvement project.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 90-75, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof For the Fiscal Year July 1, 1990
to June 30, 1991, is hereby amended by adding the following project:
Hawaiian Ocean View Estates Ballpark $ 10,000;
and reducing the following appropriation:
Naalehu Community Center Improvement [$11,500)] $1,500.
SECTION 3. Funds for the Hawaiian Ocean View Estates Ballpark
shall be provided from the funds transferred from the General Fund
for the Naalehu Community Center Improvement project.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
