ORDINANCE NO. 9O 1-58
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE STATE LAND USE BOUNDARIES MAP, H-15
FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION FROM THE AGRICULTURAL TO THE URBAN DISTRICT AT
WAIKOLOA, SOUTH KOHALA, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP
KEYS 6-8-01:52 (POR.) AND 6-8-22:35 (POR.).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. The State Land Use Boundaries Map, H-15 for
the County of Hawaii, is amended to change the district
classification of properties described hereinafter as follows:
The district classification of the following area
situated at Waikoloa, South Kohala, Hawaii, shall be Urban:
Beginning at the West corner of this parcel of land, the
coordinates of said point of beginning referred to
Government Survey Triangulation Station "PW HINAI" being
13,414.61 feet North and 26,937.05 feet west, thence
running by azimuths measured clockwise from True South:
1. 224° 34' S3" 528.11 feet along the remainder
of R.P. 5671, L.C. Aw.
8521-B, Apana 1 to G.D.
Hueu;
2. 140° 00' 36.52 feet along the remainder
of R.P. 5671, L.C. Aw.
8521-B, Apana 1 to G.D.
Hueu;
3. 224° 34' 53" 38.45 feet along the remainder
of R.P. 5671, L.C. Aw.
8521-B, Apana 1 to G.D.
Hueu;
4. 314° 34' 53" 550.00 feet along the remainder
of R.P. 5671, L.C. Aw.
8521-B, Apana 1 to G.D.
Hueu;
5. 44° 34' 53" 570.00 feet along the remainder
of R.P. 5671, L.C. Aw.
8521-B, Apana 1 to G.D.
Hueu;
6. 134° 34' S3" 513.64 feet along the remainder
of R.P. 5671, L.C. Aw.
8521-B, Apana 1 to G.D.
Hueu to the point of
beginning and containing
an Area of 6.755 Acres.
All as shown on the map attached hereto, marked
Exhibit "A" and by reference made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. In the event that any portion of this
ordinance is declared invalid, such invalidity shall not affect
the other parts of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
