AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 91-51, RELATING TO PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1991
TO JUNE 30, 1992.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 91-51, Relating to Public Improvements
and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1991 to June 30,
1992, is hereby amended by adding the following project:
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
Kealakehe Wastewater Treatment Plant Ex ansion - HFDC
(110-699-5697.27-115) [5,100,000]5,350,000
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from the
Housing Finance and Development Corporation (HFDC).
SECTION 3. The agreement between Housing Finance and
Development Corporation and the County relating to this project
shall be subject to the approval of the Council.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
