ORDINANCE NO. 91 93
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 91-51 RELATING TO PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1991
TO JUNE 30, 1992.
WHEREAS, Act 296, relating to the State Budget, establishes an
appropriation of $1,000,000 for a Kulaimano Recreational Complex; and
WHEREAS, a condition attached to the appropriation is a dollar
for dollar match by the County of Hawaii; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the County of Hawaii finds that the
opportunity exists for the County to participate with the State in
the development of another much needed public facility.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 91-51, Relating to Public Improvements
and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1991 to June 30,
1992 is hereby amended by adding the following project:
Kulaimano Community Complex
$1,000,000
SECTION 2. Funds for this project may be provided from the
surplus fund balance or from the sale of General Obligation Bonds
and/or any other source deemed appropriate.
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
