ORDINANCE NO. 91 123
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 91-50, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING
BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30,
1992.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 91-93, amending Ordinance No. 91-51
Relating to Public Improvements and Financing Thereof For The Fiscal
Year July 1, 1991 to June 30, 1992, established an appropriation of
$1,000,000 for a Kulaimano Community Complex; and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance also acknowledged that funds would be
provided from the surplus fund balance or from the sale of general
obligation bonds and/or any other source deemed appropriate; and
WHEREAS, the June 30, 1991 Monthly Budget Status Report, as
submitted by the Administration, indicates that the fund balance of
the General Fund is adequate to provide funding for the $1,000,000
Kulaimano Community Complex.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 91-50, as amended, is hereby further
amended by increasing revenues in the following amount to the fund
as set forth in Section 2.

SECTION 2. The foregoing amount as specified in Section 1
