AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE STATE LAND USE BOUNDARIES MAP, H-34
FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION FROM THE AGRICULTURAL TO THE URBAN DISTRICT AT
WAIKOEKOE, HAMAKUA, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP
KEY 4-8-05:PORTION OF 1.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. The State Land Use Boundaries Map, H-34 for
the County of Hawaii, is amended to change the district
classification of properties described hereinafter as follows:
The district classification of the following area
situated at Waikoekoe, Hamakua, Hawaii, shall be Urban:
PARCEL A:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of this parcel of land,
said point of beginning referred to Government Survey
Triangulation Station "PUU MAUU NORTH" being 3,384.38 feet
North and 1,507.77 feet East and thence running clockwise
by azimuths measured from true South:
1. 338° 31' 206.00 feet along remainder of
L.C. Aw. 8559-B, Ap. 2 to
W.C. Lunalilo (Certificate
of Boundaries No. 33);
2. 160 35' 281.53 feet along remainder of
L.C. Aw. 8559-B, Ap. 2 to
W.C. Lunalilo (Certificate
of Boundaries No. 33);
3. 77" 32' 564.85 feet along remainder of
L.C. Aw. 8559-B, Ap. 2 to

of Boundaries No. 33);

Parcel A as shown on
Exhibit "A".)
All as shown on the map attached hereto, marked
Exhibit "A" and by reference made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. In the event that any portion of this
ordinance is declared invalid, such invalidity shall not affect
the other parts of this ordinance.
