AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE STATE LAND USE BOUNDARIES MAP, H-34
FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION FROM THE AGRICULTURAL TO THE URBAN DISTRICT AT
WAIKOEKOE AND KEAA, HAMAKUA, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP
KEY 4-8-01:PORTION OF 4 AND 4-8-06:PORTION OF 1.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. The State Land Use Boundaries Map, H-34 for
the County of Hawaii, is amended to change the district
classification of property described hereinafter as follows:
The district classification of the following area
situated at Waikoekoe and Keaa, Hamakua, Hawaii, shall be
Urban:
PARCEL C:
Beginning at the South corner of this parcel of land. The
coordinates of said point of beginning referred to
Government Survey Triangulation Station "Puu Mauu North"
being 7,190.88 feet North and 3,478.26 feet East, thence
running by azimuths measured clockwise from True South;
1. 127' 49' 00" 182.32 feet along the remainder
of Land Commission
Award 8559-B Apana 2;
2. Along a curve to the right along the remainder of L.C.
Aw. 8559-B Ap. 2 with a
radius of 420.00 feet, the
chord azimuth and distance
being:
1720 36' 00" 591.72 feet;
3. 217' 23' 00" 54.70 feet along the remainder
of L.C. Aw. 8559-B Ap. 2;
4. Along a curve to the right with a radius of
630.00 feet the chord
azimuth and distance being:
249' 51' 30" 676.53 feet;
5. 282' 20' 00" 553.96 feet along the remainder
of Grant 1772 and L.C. Aw.
8559-B Ap. 2;
6. 352' 00' 00" 95.00 feet along the remainder
of Grant 1772;
7. 12' 00' 00" 195.00 feet along the remainder
of Grant 1772 and L.C.

8. 86' 10' 00" 695.07 feet along the remainder

All as shown on the map attached hereto, marked
Exhibit "A" and by reference made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. In the event that any portion of this
ordinance is declared invalid, such invalidity shall not affect
the other parts of this ordinance.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
