AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 5 OF THE
HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983, RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5,
section 24-280, schedule 28, as amended by Ordinance No. 90-117,
of the Hawaii County Code 1983, relating to no parking at anytime,
is amended in subsection f, Kohala, by amending those unnumbered
items stated in Ordinance No. 90-117 which pertain to Lua-Kula
Street and Paniolo Avenue to read as follows:
"( ) Lua-Kula Street, (between Paniolo
Avenue and Melia Street] north side beginning
at Paniolo Avenue and extending six hundred
~'~htv feet in the westerly direction and from
a point two thousand thirty-four feet west of
Paniolo Avenue to a point four hundred feet in
the northerly direction and south side from
Paniolo Avenue to Melia Street.
( ) Paniolo Avenue, (between Waikoloa Road
and Lua-Kula Street] from Waikoloa Road to a
point four hundred fifty feet north of
Lua-Kula Street."
