AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 91-50, AS AMENDED, THE
OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING
JUNE 30, 1992 BY REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 91-123 AND APPROPRIATING
FUNDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A KULAIMANO COMMUNITY COMPLEX
BE IT ORDAINED HY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 91-123 is repealed.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 91-50, as amended, is hereby
further amended by increasing appropriations in the following
amounts to the fund as set forth in Section 3.
