AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 91-51, AS AMENDED, THE CAPITAL
BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30,
1992.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 91-51, as amended, is hereby further
amended by deleting the following project:
Establish Hawaiian Culture and Arts Project in West Hawaii
(relative to annual Makahiki events) $5,000.00
Section 2. The $5,000, as transferred from the General Fund and
currently deposited in the Unallotted Appropriation General Fund
Transfer Account (2233.00) in the Capital Projects Fund, is hereby
transferred into the Transfer to Other Funds account in the Capital
Projects Fund for transfer to the General Fund.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
