ORDINANCE NO. 92 28
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 91-51, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 1991, TO JUNE 30, 1992.
HE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 91-51, as amended, Relating to
Public Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year
July 1, 1991, to June 30, 1992, is hereby amended by adding the
following projects:
Puna Fuel Taa Proiects $ 381.344
South Hilo Fuel Taa Proiects 1,081.022
North Hilo Fuel Taa Proiects Q
North Rohala Fuel Tas Proiects $,3~,
South Rohala Fuel Taa Proiects Q
Allntmontc from these district avurovriations shall be made to
SECTION 2. Funds shall be provided from the Unallotted
Appropriations Fuel Tag Increase Account (2236.00) of the
Capital Projects Fund.
SECTION 3. New material is underscored. In printing this
ordinance, the underscoring need not be included.
SECTION 4. If any provision of this ordinance or the
application thereof to any person or circumstance is held
invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or
applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without
the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the
provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
