ORDINANCE NO. 92 29
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE N0. 91-50, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING
BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1992.
WHEREAS, Hawaii County's cost for real property tax data processing,
tax mapping and primary property technical support services has been
established at $412,312 for the fiscal year 1991-92; and
WHEREAS, the Administration has indicated that the $412,312 cost
exceeds the amount budgeted, however, the overrun can be covered by an
appropriation of $97,312 and savings realized in other accounts; and
WHEREAS, there is $1,316,247..70 in the liabilities account -
2229.02, RPT Excess Over Upset, a portion of which is available for
appropriation. -
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 91-50, as amended, is hereby further
amended by increasing revenues in the Forfeiture of Deposits Account,
Account No. 3501.05, in the General Fund by $97,312.00. Funds shall be
provided from the Balance Sheet Account 2229.02-RPT Excess Over Upset.
SECTION 2. The amount of revenue increase as delineated in Section
1 is hereby appropriated to the following fund and expenditure account.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
