ORDINANCE NO. 92 48
AN ORDINANCE TO CLOSE THE HAWAII REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FUND AND
TRANSFER THE UNEXPENDED PROCEEDS TO THE GENERAL FUND
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Purpose. It is the purpose of this ordinance to
close the Hawaii Redevelopment Agency Fund, a special fund, by
transferring the unexpended proceeds to the General Fund.
SECTION 2. The unencumbered proceeds of the Hawaii
Redevelopment Agency Fund, a special fund, is hereby transferred
to the Sundry Refund-Prior Year revenue account of the General
Fund.
SECTION 3. Upon completion of the transfer of the
unexpended proceeds, the Hawaii Redevelopment Agency Fund, a
special fund, shall be deemed closed.
