ORDINANCE NO. 92 49
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 91-51, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 1991 TO JUNE 30, 1992.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
Section 1. Purpose. It is the purpose of this ordinance to
amend Ordinance No. 91-51, as amended, relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1,
1991 to June 30, 1992 by reducing the appropriation to the
Mahukona, Kapaa and Keokea Beach Parks Improvements project by
$20,000 and appropriating same to a new project entitled
"Kamehameha Park Improvements."
Section 2. Ordinance No. 91-51, as amended, Relating To Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1991,
to June 30, 1992, is hereby amended as follows:
Mahukona, Kapaa and Keokea Beach Parks [$50,000] 30,000
Kamehameha Park Imp rovements 20,000
Section 3. Funds for the Kamehameha Park Improvement project
shall be provided from the funds originally transferred from the
General Fund for the Mahukona, Kapaa and Keokea Beach Parks project.
