ORDINANCE NO. 92 50
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 91-51, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 1991 TO JUNE 30, 1992.
WHEREAS, there exists a $25,180 balance in the Honokaa Park
Drainage Improvement project (110-599-5593.61-115); and
WHEREAS, improvements to the following parks are necessary:
Honokaa Park - Playground Equipment & other
Park Improvements $10,000
Honokaa Rodeo Arena - Repairs and Improvements $5,180
Pepeekeo Park - Playground Equipment
$10,000; and
WHEREAS, the Council agrees that the fund balance of the Honokaa
Park Drainage Improvements should be used for the park improvements
as indicated above.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 91-51, as amended, relating to public
improvements and financing thereof for the fiscal year July 1, 1991
to June 30, 1992, is hereby amended by adding the following:
Honokaa Park - Playground Equipment and Other
Park Improvements $10,000
Honokaa Rodeo Arena - Repairs and Maintenance 5,180
Pepeekeo Park - Playground Equipment 10,000
$25,180

SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from the
balance of the Honokaa Park Drainage Improvement Project.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
