ORDINANCE NO. 92 55
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 91-51, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 1991 TO JUNE 30, 1992.
WHEREAS, the Council is aware that the $80,000 appropriation for
a solar heating system at the Kawamoto Swim Stadium will not be
feasible at this time due to structural design problems.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Purpose. It is the purpose of this ordinance to
redirect $76,000 of the $80,000 appropriation for the Kawamoto Swim
Stadium Solar Heating System to various projects within the 5th
Council District.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 91-51, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1991
to June 30, 1992, is hereby amended by reducing appropriations and
adding projects in the following manner:
Kawamoto Swim Stadium

SECTION 3. Funds for the above-mentioned projects shall be
provided from the funds originally transferred from the General Fund
for the Kawamoto Swim Stadium Solar Hot Water Heating System project.
SECTION 4. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material
is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed
material, and underscoring need not be included.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
