AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 91-51, RELATING TO PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1991
TO JUNE 30, 1992.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 91-51, Relating to Public Improvements
and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1991 to June 30,
1992, is hereby amended by adding the following project:
PUBLIC WORKS
Iwalani Street Resurfacing - Federal $167,994
(110-399-5391.57-115)
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
Federal Grants Receivable $167,994
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
