ORDINANCE NO. 92 101
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 92-74, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR JULY 1, 1992 TO JUNE 30, 1993.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 92-74, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the fiscal Year
July 1, 1992 to June 30, 1993, is hereby amended by adding the
following project:
Kamehameha Park Improvements $17,355
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from
the balance of the funds originally transferred from the
General Fund for the Mahukona/Kapaa/Keokea Parks Improvements
Project.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
