ORDINANCE NO. 92 127
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, OF THE HAWAII
COUNTY CODE 1983, RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, section 24-254,
schedule 2, of the Hawaii County Code 1983, relating to 20 mile
per hour speed limits, is amended by adding new items to be
appropriately numbered and to read as follows:
( ) East Makuahine Street
( ) Iwikuamo'o Drive.
( ) Keiki Place.
( ) Kununahine Street.
( ) Kununakane Street.
( ) Makuakane Street.
( ) Mo'opuna Place.
( ) West Makuahine Street
SECTION 2. New material is underscored. In printing this
ordinance, the underscoring need not be included.
SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance or the
application thereof to any person or circumstance is held
invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or
applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without
the invalid provision or application, and this end, the
provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
