ORDINANCE NO. 92 135
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE N0. 92-74, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
ENDING JUNE 30, 1993.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Purpose. It is the purpose of this ordinance to
provide the planning and design funds for a Kalopa By-Pass/Sand
Gulch Road.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 92-74, as amended, relating to
public improvements and financing thereof for the fiscal year
ending June 30, 1993 is hereby amended by adding the following
project:
Kalopa By-Pass/Sand Gulch Road $80,000
(Plans and Design)
SECTION 3. Funds for this project shall be provided ..from the
fund balance of the General Fund.
SECTION 4.
Hilo, Hawaii
This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
