ORDINANCE NO. 92 143
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 92-74, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1,
1992 TO JUNE 30, 1993.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 92-74, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1992 to
June 30, 1993, is hereby amended by adding the following projects:
Hilo Wastewater Treatment & Conveyance Project

Waiakea Houselot Sewer
(110-699-5692.78-115)
Wailoa SPS Improvements
(110-699-5692.79-115)
Old Airport SPS & FM
(110-699-5697.37-115)
Heeia & Kailua WWTP Improvement
(110-699-5697.38-115)
Laupahoehoe Fire Station Extension

SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from the Fund
Balance of the Capital Projects Fund. The Laupahoehoe Fire Station
Extension project shall be provided from General Fund Transfer.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
