AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 92-74, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1,
1992 TO JUNE 30, 1993.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 92-74, Relating to Public Improvements
and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1992 to June 30,
1993, is hereby amended by adding the following project:
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS:
West Hawaii Solid Waste Disposal (Puuanahulu) $8,300,000

SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from the
unalloted proceeds of the General Obligation Bonds 1990 Series A.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
