ORDINANCE NO. 93 17
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE N0. 92-73, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING
BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30,
1993.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Purpose. The purpose of this ordinance is to
increase revenues and establish an appropriation in the amount of
$100,675 for the Statewide Marijuana Eradication Program. This
ordinance also amends the initial budget inclusion of revenues for
Operation Sweep as a Federal Revenue to its proper designation as a
State Revenue titled Statewide Marijuana Eradication. Account
No. 010-201-5219.01-115 has also been retitled from Operation Sweep
to Statewide Marijuana Eradication.
SECTION 2. The Revenue Account(s) as incorporated in Ordinance
No. 92-73, as amended, is hereby amended as follows with the net
proceeds being appropriated to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 3.
