ORDINANCE NO. 33 40
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 10 OF THE
HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983, RELATING TO TOW OR TOW-AWAY ZONES.
BE IT ORDAINED HY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 10,
section 24-296(g), schedule 44, of the Hawaii County Code 1983,
relating to tow or tow-away zones is amended by adding new
subsections to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows:
( ) Kanalani Street Kaloko Light Industrial
Subdivision, from 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m.
( ) Kauhola Street Kaloko Light Industrial
Subdivision, from 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m.
( ) Lawehana Street Kaloko Light Industrial
Subdivision, from 2:00 a.m. to 5.00 a m
{ ) Maiau Street, Kaloko Lioht Industrial ubdivi ion
from 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m.
( ) Olowalu Street Kaloko Light Industrial
Subdivision from 2.00 a m to 5.00 a m
SECTION 2. New material is underscored. In printing this
ordinance, the underscoring need not be included.
SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance or the
application thereof to any person or circumstance is held
invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or
applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without
the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the
provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
