ORDINANCE NO. 93 ~1
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 6 OF THE
HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983, RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 6,
section 24-288(20), schedule 36, of the Hawaii County Code 1983,
relating to freight loading zones is amended to read as follows:
(20) Nawahi Lane, Hamakua side, from a point thirty feet
mauka of Kamehameha Avenue and extending [in the mauka direction
for a distance of twenty-two feet] sixty-two feet in the mauka
direction.
SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New
material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, neither
the bracketed material nor the underscoring need be included.
SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance or the
application thereof to any person or circumstance is held
invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or
applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without
the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the
provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
