P.N ORDT_NANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-114 (CITY OF HILO ZONE MAP),
ARTICLE 3, CtIAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE,
BY DELETING i'~ PORT'ION OF THE PROPOSED KUKUAU RIGHT-OF-WAY
COLLECTOR STREET BETPIEEN KAPIOLANI AND KINOOLE STREETS,
KUKUAU 1ST, SOUTH HILO, HAWAII, TMK: 2-4-25:14, S1 and 90.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 25-114, Article 3, Chapter 25 (Zoning
Code) of the Hawaii County Code, is amended by deleting from
the City of Flilo circulation pattern, the proposed 60-foot wide
right-of-way collector street (Kukuau Street) between•Kapiolani
and Kinooe Streets (1000 ± lineal feet).
All as shown on the rnap attached hereto, marked
Exhibit "A" and by reference made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. Iri the event that any portion of the ordinance
is declared invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the other
parts of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
