AN ORDINADJCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 92-74, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 1992 TO J[JNE 30, 1993.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 92-74, as amended, Relating To Public
Improvements And Financing Thereof For The Fiscal Year July 1, 1992
To June 30, 1993, is hereby amended as follows:
[Kailua Park "Ghetto" Roof $ 125,000]
North Kona Swimming Pool/Old Airport Park Impr. $ 75,000
Mauka Kona Recreation Facilities Improvements $ 50,000
Hookena Beach Park [Water Tank] Improvements •$ 20,000
SECTION 2. Funds for the above-mentioned projects shall be
provided from the Fund Balance-Designated Account in the Capital
Projects Fund.
SECTION 3. Prior to proceeding with the above-mentioned
projects the Administration shall confer with the respective
councilmember in whose district the project is located.
SECTION 4. Material to be deleted is bracketed. New material
is underscored.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
