ORDINANCE NO. ~3 93
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, OF THE AAWAII COIINTY
CODE 1983, RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGIILATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COIINCIL OF THE COIINTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 24, Article 10, Section 24-256, Schedule 4,
of the Hawaii County Code 1983, relating to 30 mile per hour speed
limits is amended by adding new subsections to be appropriately
numbered and to read as follows:
"( ) Lama Street, Kanoelehua Street to Railroad Avenue.
( ) Makalika Street, Kanoelehua Street to Railroad Avenue.
( ) Mamaki Street, Stainback Highway to Awa Street."
SECTION 2. New Material is underscored. In printing this
ordinance, the underscoring need not be included.
SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance or the
application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid,
such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of
the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid
provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this
ordinance are declared to be severable.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
