ORDINANCE NO. 93 112
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 93-50, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 1993, TO JUNE 30, 1994.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance 93-50, as amended, relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the fiscal year July 1, 1993,
to June 30, 1994, is hereby amended by adding the following projects•
Alii Drive Bikeway Extension $180,000
Hamakua Ballpark Lighting 10,950
Haihai/Ainaola Intersection Traffic Signal 35,000
Kaumana Drive/Waianuenue Avenue
Intersection Improvements 43,655
$269,605
SECTION 2. Funds for the aforementioned projects shall be
provided from the Capital Projects Fund fund balance and/or any
other available funding source. The $65,000, originally
transferred and appropriated under Ordinances 91-65 and 91-66
from the Bikeway Fund to the Capital Projects Fund for
allotment to the Alii Drive Bikeway Extension Project, shall be
continued as an allotment to the same project.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
