ORDINANCE NO. 93 116
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 93-50 RELATING TO PUBLIC
IMPRO~IEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1,
1993, TO JUNE 30, 1994.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Purpose. The purpose of this ordinance is to
authorize the redistribution of the eacess balance in the
Circle Island Projects Fuel Taa Increase account to the various
districts in accordance with the distribution formula. This
ordinance also authorizes additional highway projects for the
respective districts.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 93-50 relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1,
1993, to June 30, 1994, is hereby amended by establishing the
following district appropriations:

SECTION 3. Ordinance No. 93-50, as amended, is
further amended by adding the following projects to the
respective district projects list:

SECTION 9. Funds for the district appropriations as
established by Section 2 shall be provided from the excess
funds in the Circle Island Projects account.
SECTION 5. Funding for projects being added in the
respective district projects list as delineated in Section
3, shall be provided from available proceeds of the
respective district appropriations.
SECTION 6. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
