AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, SECTION 24-280(9),
OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983, RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, section 24-280(9),
schedule 28 of the Hawaii County Code 1983, relating to no
parking at any time, is amended by adding the following item to
be appropriately numbered and to read as follows:
( ) Kalapana/Kanoho Beach Road, on the mauka side
directly across from Puala'a Beach Park for a total distance of
four hundred thirty feet.
SECTION 2. New material is underscored. In printing this
ordinance, the underscoring need not be included.
SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance of the
application thereof to any person or circumstance is held
invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or
applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without
the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the
provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
