ORDINANCE NO. 94 13
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE 93-115 AND AMENDING CHAPTER 24,
ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 5 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983, RELATING TO
TRAFFIC REGULATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1.Ordinance 93-115 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5,
section 24-284, schedule 32, of the Hawaii County Code 1983,
relating to two-hour parking areas is amended by adding a new
section to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows:
( ) Kapiolani Street in Hilo, from the intersection with
Haili Street to the entrance to Homelani Memorial Cemetery
between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
SECTION 3. New material is underscored. In prihting this
ordinance, the underscoring need not be included.
SECTION 4. If any provision of this ordinance or the
application thereof to any person or circumstance is held
invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or
applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without
the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the
provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
